Commitment to Perfection

A holiday party, a rehearsal dinner or an intimate wedding reception, many events in Cincinnati are celebrated at a Jeff Ruby venue.

Since the opening of The Precinct, Ruby’s establishments emphasize quality food, wine and service to produce an exceptional experience. Cincinnati’s downtown is home to Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse, the perfect location for any dining occasion. Carlo and Johnny tells its story from a mansion steeped in history and intrigue.

These restaurants all deliver a Jeff Ruby experience that reflects the vision and commitment of the Sales Managers.

Kathy Davis, with the organization since 1985, manages sales at Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse. Kevin Lehman is Sales Manager at Carlo and Johnny and has, at times, managed all three restaurants. At The Precinct, Ashlee Heine has managed sales for four years.

They successfully promote their restaurants as the venue of choice for weddings and private parties.

“Thank you Kevin for the perfect wedding. I will always remember what a fairytale moment you and your staff provided me with for the rest of my life.” – Laura J

They work developing relationships and events designed to meet each client’s needs.

Kathy - “Thank you and your staff for the wonderful job they did with our rehearsal dinner... It was all we had hoped for and more. The food was delicious and the service was superb.” - Wendy and Bob Z.

With knowledge of the Jeff Ruby properties, they work to offer access to all three restaurants. The managers have many advantages to promote their success: charges for private halls are eliminated, all three offer a variety of rooms from the spacious to the intimate and cozy, the quality of the food and service is superb at each restaurant.

“From the day we began working with Ashlee, she was extraordinary. She was able to make our special day stress free and a ton of fun.” - Laura C.

The Ruby organization prides itself on community involvement. Within the mission of the Jeff Ruby Foundation is the desire “to do good” through “a culture of caring that betters the communities where we live and work.” The Sales Managers help achieve that goal. They work within each restaurant’s community and many organizations have benefited from their efforts.

The close connection between Jeff Ruby employees and the people in the community flow into the planning and execution of each wedding, party and special event where the desire and ability is to provide that Jeff Ruby experience.
