A Gala Celebrates and Honors Women

The Christ Hospital Gala 2016: For the Pursuit of Women’s Health raised more than $650,000 to benefit Women’s Health Programs throughout The Christ Hospital Health Network, including research, wellness programs, and patients-in-need. 

The evening was a great success, with a sell-out crowd of 1,000 people and numerous sponsors, including presenting sponsor, Ohio National Financial Services. Guests enjoyed a reception, dinner and program honoring Ann Weichert, MD, (retired) oncologist, and Elbert J. Nelson, MD, obstetrics and gynecologist, for their dedication, leadership and commitment to exceptional care for women. Speakers including Vickie Buyniski Gluckman, Chair of The Christ Hospital Foundation Board, Mike Keating, President and CEO of The Christ Hospital Health Network, and Norma Rashid, Cincinnati’s first TV anchorwoman.
